I’m giving this to mom on A birthday. We have one and love it. It has a lid to help you reuse the oil. I suggest filling it to the line each time you cook. My mom makes eggrolls a lot also it takes forever using a pan because she has to maintain turning the eggrolls over and it is sometimes undercooked and requires to burn just a little to completely cook. With this particular, it’s quick and also the meals are fully cooked. She’s in her own 70′s also it would save her from backaches from slaving over her frying pan. We used it for tempura, fries, eggrolls and hashbrowns. usually a good outcome. Took me forever to locate a good Tempura recipe, 2/3 cup milk, 1/2 cup flour, 3/4 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp salt. apply it broccoli and cauliflower and shrimp and onion rings, cheese curds (not only any cheese.) Serve it with soy sauce. Yummy.
