To begin with, this is my first heavy fryer so I can not match it up in order to other people which I’m sure are very great as well.

I recived this particular Hamilton Seaside heavy fryer like a gift being I have been getting intrested within fried foods in your own home.

I really enjoy this fryer a lot. It is constructed very well. Super easy to use too. This heats up nicely and even has a timer.

Only a note, the actual timer dosn’t turn off the fryer when done, which is not a problem with me personally at all. The one thing I see is that the battery for that timer seems to be incased as well as cannot substitute if it is out, but it really seems to be operating perfectly.

This particular fryer isn’t just easy to setup and use, however cleaning would be a major concern in my experience prior to getting any fryer. It is very simple to disassemble as well as clean.

Nice heavy basket.
